The room was sandy. Everything had to be asked. The resort is not maintained properly. Breakfast menu was very limited. Not worthy of the 4.3 star rating. As a family, I would like to be treated with comfort which lacked in this facility.

This hotel need cleaning , every room of this hotel is stinking , the property is quite big and very well located but its not maintained at all , they lack staff , they don't even have single air fresher diffuser to get away foul smell . Please properly clean and maintain your hotel before inviting guest , keep adequate staff and yeah your food and beverage section is worst . Only bad stay in whole kerala trip

This was the worst resort stay in Kerala. Property is managed poorly. Hardly any staff. Pool was dirty. Anyone staying there will come into contact with communicable diseases. All the advertised services are not available. When I checked at the reception, staff didn't have any idea of the offering. Please remove this resort

Location is remote @ 45 mins from Alleppy, Good property , nothing around the place , spacious rooms , room service is till 830 PM and breakfast buffet is limited

It was unbelievable to find this amazing property tucked away in the village of Vayalar. The room was very spacious, the in room dine in service was very prompt, and all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They also arranged a boat ride for us for an extra cost. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will consider this for another staycation.

The attitude of the staff was really nice.
They have a very good pool and so many activities.Restaurant menu was limited, but the buffet breakfast was good.
Special mention for the person who serves tea near to the lake.
They are planning to do a maintenance during monsoon season.
