No hot water in bathroom!! Wasted so much water in anticipation of hot water running through tap. Really difficult in this winter time

If only I could give a zero to this1. There is absolutely no parking space for even one car. You have to park on the road and by the looks of. dhanbad traffic I would say its not safe to park on the road 2. The Manager was rude he had no idea that we had a booking and had to wait for an hour to get a room. Even when they gave us a room asked to move to a different room as they had some other guest coming 3. In my room there was no hot water at night and kept calling reception they didn't ...more

I faced problem with hot water. a lot of water wasted but no hot water received. they tried to help but inherently something was wrong. staff was good but management need to keep the facility well.maintained. with an allergic sinus I had bath in normal water.
