*Title:* Disappointing Experience *Review:*I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay , which turned out to be more of a lodge than a resort. The entry itself looked unimpressive, and things only went downhill from there.The bathrooms were sticky, stinky, and utterly unclean. It was unbearable to even step inside. My stay in the AC Family Room was unfortunately quite disappointing due to several significant issues. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn't proper, which made the room uncomfortable. To add to that, the TV wasn't working at all, and even more frustratingly, the Wi-Fi wasn't functioning either, leaving me disconnected. I had booked room for 2 adult but I was having 1kid with me . They had changed 700 extra for him . bathroom was also very small and swimming pool was not clean. Not worth of money.

very horrible experience, when visit the confused us with different rooms, asking cash only, if gpay then asking to pay extra tax, not accepting booking. never go without booking, I booked then they behavior become Dubble standard. not for family people, some people drinking in open space ,not for family with kids, not recommended at all.

The hotel is not maintained properly as the rooms were dirty but one more star for the magic trick that was arranged by the Hotel. That was the only saving grace. Even the pool was not properly maintained. Not a good experience.

Hotel cleaning is not good need to be an improvement. Towels which they provide were not good. Remaining things were OK. Food quality were Nice.

The hotel was very poorly maintained, bedsheets were very dirty, fungus on walls, no intercom phone to order food, washroom was not clean, overall not worth the price. The room rate should be less than 1000 for such a pathetic hotel.

Very good experience. Pleasent stay. Close to Khandala point. Approx 7 min walk from Matheran Station. Last hotel on the market.
