very horrible experience, when visit the confused us with different rooms, asking cash only, if gpay then asking to pay extra tax, not accepting booking. never go without booking, I booked then they behavior become Dubble standard. not for family people, some people drinking in open space ,not for family with kids, not recommended at all.

The hotel is not maintained properly as the rooms were dirty but one more star for the magic trick that was arranged by the Hotel. That was the only saving grace. Even the pool was not properly maintained. Not a good experience.

Hotel cleaning is not good need to be an improvement. Towels which they provide were not good. Remaining things were OK. Food quality were Nice.

The hotel was very poorly maintained, bedsheets were very dirty, fungus on walls, no intercom phone to order food, washroom was not clean, overall not worth the price. The room rate should be less than 1000 for such a pathetic hotel.

Very good experience. Pleasent stay. Close to Khandala point. Approx 7 min walk from Matheran Station. Last hotel on the market.

Very very horrible experience, Room was so dirty and bathroom was like public toilet , Bed was smelling like dumping yard also there is no warm water facility for bathing, There is no Hooks in bathroom also not in room for cloth hanging, Fan switch boards were so dirty and turns in black colour due to dust , No any water for drinking really totally wastage of money , We booked AC room but AC not working, local dharamshala or ashram is much better than this rooms

room condition is pathetic . toilets are smelly and leaking everywhere. no hooks to hang clothes in toilets. TV doesn't work . they charged around 4k for one night but not ready to provide value of 1500 rs. morning tea is not available hence you to walk on your on to get the tea ( what a mess ) .
