The stay at the hotel was comfortable. Hospitality and services were good. It is a unique experience to stay in the hotel. Rooms are decent and food is good.

location is awesome, view is awesome , service is very poor , room is very dirty , everything is dirty , tv not working washroom is without fan or air conditioner , checkin time was 2pm , room was given at 3:15

Very Good Stay.
Our Second Stay here.
Comparing with earlier only "Floatel" ,new "Polo Floatel" have many positive changes, Particularly Entire Staff co operative and helpfull .
Excellent Breakfast.
Only Negative Point.....very limited Veg Meals Options ..infact out only one Green Veg Subji...that too only Parval-Pointed Gourd...

polo floatel kolkata blends heritage charm with modern luxury, floating majestically on the hooghly river. the rooms are well-appointed with river views, the rooftop bar and dining options are delightful

i visit this hotel for ipl in eden garden its just walking distance from the stadium

Location wise this is good. Service is very poor. Cleaning is average. Food and drink too much costly more than 5 star Hotel. Radiation blue charge per plate for lunch -Rs1500, while it charges Rs1616.

Staff behavior is pathetic. Room condition is also not good. washroom is small. they should change their reception staff immediately else people will eventually stop visiting their hotel
