I stayed at Polo Inn recently and had a very unpleasant experience. We handed over our car to the valet provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, a $100 note that was kept in the car’s dashboard was stolen. We immediately informed the hotel staff, but no serious action was taken.
There was a complete lack of accountability and responsibility from the management. It’s extremely disappointing that a reputed hotel cannot ensure the basic safety and honesty of its services. I would strongly advise others to be cautious with their belongings and think twice before trusting the valet service here

i recently stayed at the hotel polo inn suites and had a wonderful experience the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in jaipurdone
