Staff needs to be more trained. I booked a river facing room but they gave me room backside.
The staff has no idea of their work. I highlighted this but they gave me reason like its for more than 4 ppl because they had realised their mistake and werent even apologetic for . The manager we met later was kind and he helped us with the correct room but it was already too late and the day fun was gone. The extra 1 star i am giving is for his kind gesture.
