Horrible,the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.They see the price of booking and allot you rooms,even if you have booked higher category.Please avoid at any cost.Not even tea or Coffee served.There is no room service.When we checked in we had to carry our luggage to the room,first floor.No room boy there ,was told to us There is no lift.Do you want to see cockroaches at night in the washroom,then please do visit this place.Also no hot water for bathing.This is not even a 1 star propety And insects in the room ( light flies).How can one stay.Avoid at all cost It is horrible.

Well maintained rooms.....at affordable price...... at the centre of Alleppey town. Staffs are very supportive. Hassle free check-in.

its ok room.. but the front office is little lazy.. they will waste our time without any reson.. i think they dont want to allow booking bcs they are not getting direct payment may be it will be a reason
