apart from the accessibility the stay was nice and comfortable. the place is secluded and can feel scary at nights. but we enjoyed there and also saw a leopard in night which was amazing!

Resort was good, food is very good as you can enjoy fresh vegetables recipes growing up there only.This is the property to stay in peace there only.Room service is not available as restaurant is little upward side and it is not possible also there.Food is very good but you need to give order 45 mins in advance.Only issue is connectivity , without vehicle you cant commute outside and also not suggested to go out without vehicle if with family.Ignore butterfly beach if with family as it is of no use, go to Agonda or Palolem beach instead.

stay was excellent, worth every penny. rooms are pretty big and have privacy with great views. the restaurant at hill top within the property serves amazing goan food. overall, happy with my stay there
