It's a budget friendly hotel and also behavior of all staffs were very friendly.
Check in and Check out were very comfortable.
Fooding was also good quality ag low budget .
Room service was also good. they were available for approximately 24 hours to serve you.
I recommend this hotel if you want good one which you can get in your pocket budget.

This is my very much worst journey in my life. Earlier I was stay at Swarnabisnu hotal, Joy Geye hotal this all hotel was very good maintained and support service but Portland have not organised hotel. Ther eoom service boy is unprofessional and not follow customer request. Room is bot clean daily when visiter stay at hotel. Bothroom is unclean and very much smell. Manager have no power to control the staff , 2 km far way from sea beach, hotel have no resturent but there room charge demand same as per other hotel near to sea beach.
