I wish there was a way of giving this hotel a negative rating as this one is the most disgusting we visited till date. To start off with we were promised a room with balcony there is no balcony and we had a garbage view from the room (just like the hotel), the towels were stained and dirty (I am sure they had not been changed), we were travelling with a baby and were terrified on seeing the electric kettle provided to us was rusted, basics like coffee, dairy whitners, bathrobe, slippers etc were ...more

The photos of the hotel shown It is no where related to the current look and feel of the hotel. The hotel is old and not properly maintained. Moreover, the near by bar is a nuisance especially at night with parking problems.

My stay at Hotel Port Palace was excellent, courteus and welcoming staff.we (me and my wife)stayed for one day at hotel,its right on main road with ample parking space and easy connectivity kovalam beach and the Azimulah shiv temple is very near just about 3 kms.The rooms are quite good ,value for money ,with good decor and aesthetics.
we had the complementary breakfast ,which was par excellence.They had a beautiful spread of north indian and keralite cuisine.

Yes nice hotel, People were really helpful, due to Covid situation, Kerala was a bit closed, but these guys helped us. So 5star for their hospitality.
