Quick, efficient and best service I have experienced ever.
The staff is supportive and helpfully and courteous.

the flush was completely broken. we had to fix it before use every single timethere was a mushroom growing in the bathroom. bathroom was not clean at allthe water tap was completely out of order. it would give burning hot water. and the mixer was broken. it wouldn't move no matter how much you try. the mixer came out so many times.inspite of talking to the hotel manager he did nothing about it.there was a continuous knock on our door. later realised that there was a lift next to our door random ...more

we book 2 rooms but...BUT we have to wait 1.5 hrs to get the other roominspite of booking 2 rooms we have to wait 1.5 hrs & share 1 room not an appreciable gesturenot satisfied

amenities were good. good breakfast. overall a good stay. a large buffet in breakfast does help or atleast 1 live counter for dosa or other south Indian and omlettes
a good lobby for meeting certain people in d hotel outside d room itself would have helped.

1.Toiletries were expired 2.Room - AC leaks 3.Room - Window doesn’t get locked (Good thing is they changed the rooms)4.breakfast Okish 5.location is 20 min from Vagator beach by scooter.6.should actually be called lodge not hotel.7.all the bedsheets ,pillow cover, the blanket cover was dirty. See the pictures which I have attached .If you are looking for a budget stay then it’s good but if your are a cleanliness freak I would not recommend it. Don’t go its the same but dirty .
