very worst experience ever in my life and they not even consider the clients word when we extend for one day stay they asks double the cost for extension it’s very worst experience i won’t recommend anyone

As soon as we checked in we found single bed with 2 pillows and 1 blanket (which has cigarette burnt holes)with stinky smell in room and foul smell in bathroom but we had booked double bedroom room for 2 adults and 2 kids. On enquiring hotel staff that it's only a single bed they arrogantly replied that what you booked. I requested for 1 pillow and 1 blanket (since I had children with me also) but they straight away denied and asked Rs 300 for extra 1 pillow and 1 blanket. It's a C grade lodge n ...more

Management was poor.
Mosquitos were everywhere
Dustbin was unavailable, maintenance was poor.
They are charging good price per night but even a door mat wasn't there.

the very good thing is about hotel is that situated in front of rameshvaram temple and all restaurant, cafe, travel agency and other shops are adjoining to hotel. staff is very decent and non interfering.

The rooms are not in good condition also not cleaned. No katelaies are provided by hotel also not providing water bottle as they mentioned on booking time . the beds are broken.

very bad experience.no extra bed will be provided.no water glass .tv is accembled on wall but not setup box.bed size is 6 '5"" two person are very difficult to sleep and only one pillow extra provide me my son aged 22 year was slept on floor without mattress without sheet
