horrible hotel,no TV, leave it there is no lock for bathroom! keep the door open and pop!😡, Smelling room ! never book a room here even if you get it free!.

It was a completely ill maintained Hotel. Nice restaurant but not kept well. Did serve good food. Was not worth clicking photos. Staff was good but Hotel badly maintained

Staffs are good and very supportive but due to the city centre location the rooms and beds are filled with cockroaches.

Don't ever opt for this hotel. All dubious. It's not even a 1 star hotel. Bad smell throughout the stay though spray was used multiple times. No tv. No wifi. Service is worst. No response if called multiple times. Land line doesn't work. Mobile phone call was not answer9. Don't trust this hotel for a stay for your safety.

Very clean & tidy .. excellent place for days stay..good ambience too..down to earth staff..will surely drop in again n stay here when I visit Gonikoppa.

If you are looking for just to refresh and drive again in gonikopal region on budget this is good ,the interior is old but they are trying to keep it better .suggestions:- should take care of cloth and keep them more hygienic.staff behavior is good so far.The staff is good in behavior so far.
