I Have book room with Breakfast but this hotel not provide breakfast facility and staff also not aware of this facilities. he is telling me why not inform in night during stay. room condition also not gud very poor service by Hotel Management.
No breakfast facility available while room booked with breakfast.
and no standard hotel amenities available in washroom.

Hotel was very dirty and room condition is pathetic seriously I can't stay here 24 hours and check out in night because blanket was very dirty.

Very Poor hotel with no facility.
Service phone was not working.
only one towel has provided while booking for 2 pax. it is only one available after many request.
no charging point was there.
