Stayed second time, good experience, only the bathroom fitting is not up to date and no changing room at swimming pool area.
Rest all is good, nice food, good hospitality.

It was a nice family visit, food taste are good, staff are very polite and ready to help, location are fine near to riverside, rooms are clean, view are awesomeI am giving 4, because resort entry gate is very confusion, next day morning no water in bathroom , phone extension was not working.

Good for Kids, Family and couples..
Swimming Pool was clean.

This Resort is located near Kosi river and amazing greenery is there. Food quality is good. Rooms can be more cleaned and maintained.

Spacious room, well maintained garden, well behaved staff. Can walk upto kosi river.
No tea coffee maker. No room heater even if outside is 8 deg C and doors and windows have visible gaps. We managed to get one after lot of requests. For hot water you need to call reception and they can switch off whenever they feel like. Entry to the hotel is through a unlit, unpaved road. See the attached photo-hotel signboard looks like a tea shop. Unbelievable to land in a hotel like this. See the attached photo .

The ambiance was good in the property. The food was very good. The swimming pool and garden were available. The Wi-Fi facility was not available. It was a safe place to stay.
