very bad experience we had been denied to stay at booked hotel prayag in and forced to stay in alternative sub standardaccommodation in a marriage hall .pls arrange to refund full and part of booking amountnow onwards i have to think to avail service from service provider like you who does not have authenticity and reliability.

There were so many problems at night that it seemed as if I could not sleep the whole night. At 3:00 the lights were coming on and off and it was not turning on at all. Had to turn it on myself. Waking up is such a nasty experience. You can't think. My request is that you should do something right with these properties or consider them as guest houses only then call them.

Very poor quality of rooms, no cleanliness, very rude staff with zero manners. Service are worst then any one can expect. Despite taking money for complimentary breakfast the staff told no buffet service available only partha will served. Strongly recommended families not to stay with them u will get frustrated
