no hot water and not cleaned bed sheet.we saw blood stains in the bedsheet.maintained in very poor condition

stay was not good at all. hot water facility was not there. the toilet bathroom was horrible. it was so small that nobody can do the bath. there was handshower of toilet on the left hand. toilet seats was not clean. all the taps in bathroom and toilet were leak. towels provided were used and washed so many times that their white colour was gone. drinking water pot was not clean.

Pathetic room service morning we asked for coffee no one bothered to bring coffee to room simply saying will come sir but no one turned up No hot water is coming in the rooms at the evening time Staffs are very rude

Pathetic hotel. no value for money.. basic lodges feel I got it as soon I entered in room inside. I can say normal lodge have better feel which you can get by visiting personally at cheaper rates of 1200.-1500. Even, morning breakfast compromised which includes in tariff also too bad. Until unless you have an emergency or stay this hotel is not advisable

Stayed for 2 days. But they fooled only 9 car parking available and rooms 50+ so imagine u always worried about car parking as road have heavy traffic so definitely scratch problem any time. Shower not working but they don't any other room to allocate so use bucket only and sephage issue too in room.Anyway above is the problem for most of the hotel but terrible experience with food.First day I ordered food for kids and asked no mirchi but still whatever they provide even jeera rice also have big ...more

Hotel located at very nice place. Ooty main market and railway station and bus stand are nearly distance. Room service is good. We had reach night 2clock. But at that time.staff support was very good.
