Room, Location, Staff behavior was Good. These all things was 5 Star rated but only breakfast was very very bad.

This is our go to place in Satara. The location is right off the highway. The staff has been absolutely delightful during our two visits there so far. They have a nice restaurant serving great food. They have a well-equipped gym. Although we haven't used it, they have a spa as well. Parking is ample and convenient. The watchmen are eager to help you while parking and getting out of parking spaces. All in all, a very positive experience

1. Checkin preparedness is very very poor
2. Have to wait for AC cooling, hot water shower, bathroom kit for 30 mins and provided on multiple requests.
3. Floor was cleaned after check in
4 Room furniture ,coffee table was broken
5 TV remote absent have to manually turn on plus very few channels available

Hotel is conveniently located by the highway, with easy on/off. There is ample parking. They have a great in-house restaurant serving dishes of multiple cuisines. Their best asset is their staff. Everyone is kind, gracious and helpful.
Although I stayed for just one night, there were no problems with electricity or hot water.
I highly recommend this place for a nice stay in Satara

it was comfortable to stay food quality good, neat and clean restaurant .hygiene well maintained in all areaslocated on the main highway. good gesture at reception and well maintained, neat clean room . food quality also very good. I stayed during my every travel to Satara
