it was an ok room , surely in the budget but very pathetic experience in terms of cleaning of rooms . dirty rooms , and very uncomfortable

As per Location & Price is good for a solo traveler. For family not as good as much. Rooms are very small.
For me it's a very BAD experience. I shared some photos of Dirty towels, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the felle ceiling was broken, the pigeon rested in the ceiling.
After several requests to the hotel for changing the room, they were ignoring me & telling me to adjust for today.

The hotel staff did not clean the room even after informing
No supply of clean drinking water
Dirty toilet and bathroom
Stinky rooms, absolutely no ventilation
Pros:
Ok ok for staying near New Delhi railway station (400m walking distance)
The hotel staff was well mannered and supportive

Location of the hotel is very easy yo access very close to New Delhi railway station and staffs were very cooperative and amenities are well and good conditions
