I recently stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a pretty average experience leaning towards the disappointing side. Right from the moment I walked in, the vibe felt off—dim lighting, dull interiors, and a general lack of warmth or hospitality. It didn’t give that welcoming or comfortable feeling you expect when you check into a hotel. The room was basic and felt a bit neglected. Great experience ,awesome property in this budget , helping and friendaly staff , room and bathroom neat & Clean hospitalily is also good service is best ,breakfast is good i would love to stay again in my next trip overall excillent hotel in kota city thanks for the hotel management team ❤❤😘😘

It is very worst experience in my travel history. AC is not working properly in one room. Television is not working and in one room recharge is not done. In washroom. Flush is not working and water is very dirty. Yellowish looking so bad experience. Hotel manager is very rude. I inform about the problems we are facing in the room, but he denied.
