Rooms & Bathroom was squeaky clean and well maintained and that mattered to me the most. Location is very near to the Mysuru palace. Cloakroom was available incase you want to keep your luggage after check-out. Breakfast also had enough variety. May be they can improve the quality of towel provided, they looked brownish since they are in use from very long time, couldn't use them.

Service is very bad. Please avoid going there. only usp is the location which is near to mysore palace. They charged for extra water bottles, toothpaste were also not given and were charging for that

We stayed for a day, The ambience. restaurant, staff, food quality, food rate, all staffs all are excellent. The rooms were very much cleaned and hygiene. The taste of food very much delicious. Must stay and feel privileged.

Good rooms. Clean and neat. Staff courtesy excellent. very nerlar to Mydore Palace. Food taste is good. Huge space for car parking. Value for money. Nice to stay with family

Absolutely horrible experience staying there.
Firstly extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Secondly the room they gave was smelling and the bathroom cistern was faulty which caused incessant water flow.
Thirdly if you plan in ordering room service then you better go hungry as they deliver after hours on end and that too cold food.
Lastly broken remote and broken AC controller which made the room so cold that it gave me fever.
PLEASE AVOID THIS FOR YOUR STAY.

A well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city. The service provided is well appreciated. The Cleanliness of the entire hotel is remarkable. The complimentary Breakfast is comparatively very good and still can be improved. Except for the fully paid confirmed reservation was declared as cancelled resulting in delayed check-in. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable family stay.
