Staff behaviour is rude. I stay first time in this hotel
At night I order water bottol at my room from room service so he says to me sir mineral ya ro i say to him mineral and i say to him that 2 bottle i don’t no that he bring 1 letter bottle i think in complementary he gave 500 mL so I need 1 litter so o order 2 bottle he bring 2 bottle of 1litter so i say to him that I need only 1 bottle and say my concern to him that I think you bring 500ml so i order 2 bottle so I need only 1 bottle he say ...more

Recently renovated hotel. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Restroom is clean with basic toiletries, clean towels and hot water. Complimentary break-fast is tasty. Staff are helpful
Work desk, wi-fi, kettle with good supply of coffee/tea packets.

Hotel President, Patna – was in room 303, AC premium room
What I liked:
Was allowed a fairly early check-in. It was a spacious room, pleasing to the eye. Good natural light was available and the room was comfortable. Breakfast had a decent spread with decent taste. The bed and pillows are nice and firm; good for the back. The pillows too are decent.
