very dirty bedsheets and rooms. no maintainance and cleanliness.you have to go down from 3rd floor to order a glass of water and a cup of tea.

This is average Hotel,I am booked Executive room but I am not satisfied service & room cleaning,hot water is not available in Bathroom,also small cockroach in room,food quality is not good,I am not recommend to Everyone for Family Tour

Its not a hotel, its a lodge. The room was very dirty. Bedsheets were stained, AC was broke, Cigarette filters where lying all over. Tabs where broken. Toiletries were not provide, telephone was not working so not able to contact reception and room service. Room was not ready before hand we have to ask them to clean them the room.
Unhygienic , not suitable for family

Hot water for bathing in cold days was not provided even after asking the manager
Another was that the TV was not on and the cable connection was disconnected
I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and the service was also good in the past. So I preferred this hotel this time also.. But yesterday's experience was very disappointing and finally we left the hotel in the evening and exited.
