The room service is really bad...to the point that they don't even bother to add handwash or simple soaps in the bathrooms. The bedsheets, mirrors, tables were really dirty. The food on the ground floor restaurant sucked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're going economical or you don't care about quality. Skibidiahh-hotel

I booked the hotel as it was nearer to Airport. Don't go by the picture of the hotel they have shown in picture. It misleads like a good corporate hotel but in reality a shabby hotel with no amenities. Staffs are untrained kids and don't respect guest. I ordered food at 8.30 PM and served at 10.45 PM. To clear the plate someone came at 11.30 PM after several requests. Lots of hassel in getting billing done. If you book it as a low cost options and no expectation for service you can go ahead

Hi Everyone, I have been to Hotel Prime with my family, during a transit. Unfortunately, I couldn't check the reviews before freezing and paying, and ended up in a nightmare situation with family. The cleanliness in the hotel the toilets are absolutely filthy, it's quite like Public toilets. To our surprise the water heater sparked and burst in our room and there is Zero safety.
