i am always stay in same hotel
but this is 1st time but not a sigle towel in washroom this time my experience is bad with hotel prime regalia

room and service was good washroom was neat and clean but washbasin have some drainage problem water drained very slow
room ac control were locked that was very bad we have to call reception to on off and maintain the temperature 🌡
otherwise overall good experience breakfast was also good
