Absolutely breathtaking Mountain Views from hotel rooms both in Morning and nights and on top of it Excellent supported staff specially Manager, we reached 7 Hours prior to checking time early in Morning around 5 AM and they gave us the room without any question ask . We stayed for 4 Days and enjoyed the hospitality and Food was awesome . Thanks Team Primo .

"i had an amazing stay at primo resorts. the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered stunning mountain views, making the experience even more serene. the restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options that exceeded my expectations. a special mention to the front desk manager, resort manager, and the entire restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and impeccable service. they truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!"

excellent stay. this is my second time staying here. Great location and excellent room. I loved the experience of staying at this hotel. Just go for it. you can see the snow capped mountains from the huge mirrors.

First of all this is a Hotel with excellent views, very good location away from traffic and sounds of car and buses. Special thanks to B.S.Thakur ji and Gopal ji who took us to various places and he was very generous and helpfull. Staff was very helpful and Hotel incharge was very flexible in everything. Food was excellent. Staff was courteous and always smiling. Dont thing its a resort its a Hotel but you will enjoy the views and hospitality. Good for family. I would give 5 star. Good food ...more

Excellent location, Nice food and superb staff behavior Spacious rooms with new furniture and interior.Food is tasty and has decent variety. Staff will serve you as per your request. Property with escalator has an added advantage for senior citizen. Good job keep it up. We would like to visit again. The location of hotel is centralized yet away from crowded areas, You can visit Mall Road, Hadimba Temple and Vashisth temple within 5 Kms.
