nice hotel but construction work going on gyser work well smal cute room service also good. but problem is hotelier give us corner located room where view is negligible. room was packed no ventilation provided.nice experience no issue with family in this hotel

I have booked but in the wash room there is no bucket and mug and even for latrine there is no tap in the wash room. When I complaint to them they said we will repair soon,but without checking basic needs how they are allocating rooms to visitors is shocking

there was renovation process in the hotel but overall nice hotel near the Amritsar railway station. staffs are coprative.

Some renovation work going on and room is covered by dust, cement etc. Hotelier was also rude when we complained about it. one of us who has dust allergy got severe illness. So left room and booked another one on next morning.

The hotel was really bad at this price. No geysar in the room, no cleanliness dust on the bed, even the mattresses were uneven have to remove it while sleeping. On top of it they even charged for water which should be complimentary. Will not recommend staying in it. The site was under construction. Lift was not working have to go to third floor very discomforting stay for us.
