Average Hotel. Service not so good. TB, Wifi was not available though it was included in service. Multiple Hair observed in washed Pillow and bedsheets. Laundry service is very poor and charges very high, each cloth 30 INR without ironing. For Iron extra 15 Rs charges. Place like Bankura it's too costly even 3 Star or 5 Star Hotel also not changed

The bathroom was not cleaned, Wifi was not available, the TV was not in working condition, the AC was not cooling properly . Laundry service is horrible, they are charging 30 RS for only washing not ironing. Even inner wear also

The hotel provided exceptional service from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly attentive and always eager to assist with any request. The amenities were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious experience. I especially enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and the delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.
