Overall good one with heritage looks.
View outside the restaurant area is really great which is of vembanad lake.Room is spacious.
Negatives :
Bedsheet and blanket smells bad,which i found negative.Also not providing budget bottle mineral water as well.Bathroom is also feels very oldish with its sanitary fittings.

Very pathetic and worst experience i ever had!
1. Room was not neat(dusty wall, a/c water leak,muddy floor).
2. No security for room.
3. No privacy for bath room
4. Non-fresh sea foods served for lunch
After all
After all highly expensive(lake view villa with private pool). 17.5k+tax. I guess due to after covid, no sufficient staffs also to take care.

The ambience was good.. kids enjoyed the pool... food was tasty. The backwater facing lawn was soothing to the mind.. overall had a wonderful stay..
