the night manager was crazy . he used to lock the gate at 12.30 am
was difficult to get in and out
he questioned as to why i’ve been going out at night and things like that . no one likes a moral police on a trip

Resort is horrible, we just check in @1300H and Check out@14:00h
And we booked other hotel at Pondicherry city,
No facilities and cleaning
Thru goibibo booked other hotel
Please refund the money which is booked in purple resort

It is like a falling citadel.excellent property but not properly maintained. at many places false ceiling broken, wires and pipes exposed.bed sheets quite dirty. No other rooms occupied.swimming pool not clean. No circulating water. Not worth more than RS 1500. I got for 2100.

Hotel room was spacious and washroom was also good and clean.
Ac TV and all other amenities were functioning properly
Staff were polite and good people
Water was very dirty in swimming pool
Breakfast was having basic food like idli, wada sweet and tea but was hygienic and testy
Hotel is 9km away from major tourist places in Pondicherry

pathetic hotel.. even local lodge will be much better from this.. in luxury room nothing is available.. i changed three room.. still problem remains same..
ac not working( big room.. local small ac)
no towel after several request.
no drinking water( after 2 hrs from checking).. bathroom-everything is broken.. swimming pool is dirty so cant use. dirty bedsheets & blanket..
worst part .. no fridge & no restaurant service.. no manager at desk.. complete unsafe for kids.
