    poor room service! lake of coordination between staff. they are more focused on their restaurant business. hotel is secondary business for them. they don't respond phone & not provide anything to your room until you call them 4-5 time or until you visit to reception area.

    It was no option day, so we stayed otherwise I'll never ever think to stay there. Hotel staff behavior is not the way we expect. Toiletries like towels, tissue, soap, dustbin, etc aren't there. The hotel was below average and I've paid 2000 for the same. So comparatively it was the worst deal.

    The service at this hotel was really bad. The blanket have pulses spot on it and when requested to change they changed it after eight hours. I didn't use although the Ac was working. The staffs are really bad. They didn't listen customer complaint. Also in one night there was no electricity completely and only Ac was working no lightning. I didn't slept well due to this. They remain firm in not taking action when you complain. Although I have complementary breakfast the restaurant people told me ...more
