its a good choice , quality rooms, recent reception, parking, but issue was with the amenities like ac remote was missing, kitchen food wasnt that much great

worst hotel, broken ac no cooling, you have to stand in the flood of water in the bathroom because water not moving out of the bathroom outlet, small cockroach all around, too much high room charge, no room service, intercom was dead, tv with no connection, no kettle, no drinking glass in room, zero facilities, lift was kept off for 2 days.lunch order took more than one hour to be executed, thats why didn't gave further order.

worst experience at qotel chattarpur – terrible stay!my stay at qotel chattarpur was an absolute disaster. right from check-in, the staff’s behavior was the worst i’ve ever experienced. the receptionist completed my booking and then repeatedly asked me—at least 10 times—to rate the stay 5 stars. at one point, he even said, "jab tak aap rate nahi kroge, aapko room nahi milega." when i asked him to repeat what he just said, he quickly denied it, saying, "room dekhlo aap, fir kar dena."as for the r ...more
