had booked 2 rooms , none of it had any towels or napkins provided. when asked no one came to clear used plates after requesting. shower curtains are shorter. shower water makes the entire bathroom wet . they should be full size .

I booked a king size bed and they gave me 2 double beds and room was not clean, there are cockroaches and Bathroom flush is also not working.

The hotel is awesome...very neat and tidy...the rooms are good...The staff is polite.... Location is just opposite to Nampally metro station and 5 min walk from Hyderabad Deccan station...overall very good experience

Hotel was not clean at all there were cockroaches and mosquitos. Bathroom door was not having the lock. We asked for the doormat in night and they provided it in morning.
