the room was horrible, main gate lock was broken, room was dirty. chair in the room seat was broken, it is a bar cum resturant, not a hotel to stay with family. can't recommend it for any family members. rather it is for bachelors to enjoy the hard drinks etc with dj on the top floor..we have to leave the place and moved to other place in the same day..

Poor Room Quality. Electric light switches are broken. Dirty room, Bedsheet are dirty. Cockroach 🪳 inside bathroom. Toilet sheet flap broken. I will never suggest Hotel Queens hub.

The rooms is small and the staff has to be asked several times for TV but still no one responds, only the money is timely, late night food is not even available after 9 pm.

They provide different room from which we had booked because they already gives that room to other person and the room quality is very bad not too clean also fan is not there very cheapy room and the room service also not available 😑
