1. The location is incorrect in the map.2. While I had booked this stay for 1 day as I had to visit hospital for a checkup. Unfortunately I was little late in returning back to my booked stay at Qutub heights, the owner locked the home from inside and did not open it. I tried knocking the door, ringing the bell thousands time, calling the owner over 24 times but they were all unresponsive.3. wifi is down as we can see their connection has been terminated on 18th nov but the manager said lines are cut and it will get resolved in an hour but didn't work through out the stay

The experience was good. But wrong location on Google maps. It is in front of St. John school. It is not a hotel but a housing apartment. Breakfast timings are 8-10 am.

It was in a good location. Services that they provided was fine, but it could be better. Rooms were ok but it was a little bit shabby. Breakfast was ok. But they did not provided tea as we were to ready pay for that.

Worst place to live. Very difficult to find the address. There is no reception. It is inside floor of the building where there is no sign board. Side of the adjoining hotel floor, residential flats. Its look like a haunted house. There was no shampoo in bathroom. Only best thing is the behavior of the attender.

A few modifications required to be done in the rooms provided to the customers. Showers weren't working. Besides this, Room quality is gud and attendant is a gud person and is approachable at any point of time.
