not satisfied at all and staff and room are not recommended...booking customers they don't treat well they prefer for direct client alone...

Staff behaviour is good. Clean room and bathroom. TV was not functional. Bathroom didnt have water connection on all the taps/shower.

aaj tak ka sabse ganda hotel hai inko to hotel se band kar dena chahiye bad tutta hua washroom mei pani nahi aata kitna ganda wassroom hai

Definitely not going to recommend it for stay. Cleanliness was at its worst phase. No hot water, no TV connection, what so ever...

Hotel location is good & rooms are spacious. All other things are worst. Provided beds are damaged having big holes, literally feel like sleeping on a wave rock. Dirty walls & bedsheets having patches. As per described amenities on goibibo nothing provided. No tea/coffee maker, no mineral water, no chocolate box, no welcome drink. Front of hotel is too dirty & stinky. Room service not available 24/7 as described. Out of 3 days only one day provided room cleaning service. Dirty towels & good left ...more

Good location, 10 minutes walk to metro station, grand classic restaurant around a corner -Dilli Sweets. Quite large room, bedsheets not fresh - had to spread dhoti to sleep on, good warm blanket. Booked the room with large sunlight window, received one with not so transparent side street ventilation window, as no alternatives were available. Quiet at night though, which is good. Overall an ok stay.
