hotel stay was good, cleanliness is also ok ,but bedsheet and pillow cover are not clean,and even they didn't change the bedsheet after telling.

It was not a good decision to spend a night at RK RESIDENCY. As experience was horrible for us. We booked dormitory for 2 beds but in cash they were just charging 400 rs each. So prices were inflated. Bathrooms were so compact that no one can use it easily.

there was no geaser, the bed was not at all good, the mattress was hars as rock, moreover there was no room to make movements, it felt like a train compartment.i asked them for warm drinking water at morning they could not provide that, and they are writinf 24hours room service, pathetic hospitality.

night 11.30 I was reached there with my family. my booking was two double beds room area mentioned in booking 120 sq ft room . but property owner refused to accept and they will show me 50 sqft two rooms. I was nurvus and my wife was seek. then I pay extra and then I got a room
