if you have work towards this side of town, hands down the best place to stay in Baner. Spend a bit more and take the room with the balcony, great ventilation (the studio room is way too compact, has but one window) They have a food menu card but there's no in house kitchen, that's a bummer, but you can always order in from some great restaurants nearby or even walk it.

I felt it was slightly over priced, the rooms were small and the pictures didn't resonate with the real rooms. Hygiene wise they did a good job. Even the bottle of water felt slightly overpriced to be honest.

RA Residency location is calm & quiet and merged with nature surrounded by trees.
One key areas of focus is to provide restaurant which might improve the occupancy.

Worst experience, Very arrogant staff , asking exorbitant money for everything, surprisingly they have a check in time of 2 pm and check out time of 10:am , if u make a check out delay for even half an hour they will ask for extra money, no RO drinking water , you have to purchase their own branded water bottle..if u ask them in room they will ask you to come at reception and take it yourself electricity failure at every half an hour , thundering noise of generator will not let you sleep .... Horrible.

Decent hotel in Baner and based on good themes. Parking is available and no disturbance whatsoever. Only issue that they don’t serve variety of food but you can order.

Room are unhygienic. Hotel staff is not at all cooperative for early check in or late check outs.
Our room had a lizard, they weren't even ready to give an another room . we were standing out of the room 2hrs. Never visiting again !
