Disappointing toilet-- look at the tiles! Surroundings are not clean; room service and reception responses are poor

Rooms of this hotel were neat and clean and on my request wash room was also cleaned on daily basis. Buffet breakfast has less options to pick from, however quality wise is ok. The drawbacks of this hotel are its location, far away from bus stand and railway station. Also the non cooperation of the reception staff because of which I lost my face wash. 1 star less for inefficient reception staff.

i had an excellent overnight stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and in great condition, providing a comfortable environment. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the morning breakfast was delicious with a good variety. overall, our experience was fantastic, and i would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Horrible, room was dirty and too many mosquitoes and cocktoach, we disnt atay we left within 10 min.
