I called goibibo customer care no and informed that I checked in early in the booking and the receptionist assured me to refund my amount which he is receiving in cash and I have informed the same to the goibibo customer care and she tries to connect with the hotel but since they didn't pick their call. She assured me to call back and since I have not received any response from your side. i tried to call again to the customer care but when It was to connect customer care it hangs down.
please do the needful
