Damaged property...dirty washrooms...cigarette smells all over the place...dirty almirah..AC not working properly..toiletries not provided properly..no door lock...very bad hospitality

First of all hotel name was not mentioned in that building, Second thing was that when i reached at reception they asked for hard copy of aadhar card from us. they put a condition in front of us they asked for extra money if you don’t have hard copy with you even i had hard copy with me but they said we need from both of you . In the end they took 150 extra money from us .And also something want to add room was not worthy for money. Tap was broken too.
