the hotel location is very good but there is no intercom and there is a problem in hot water location under maintenance right now might be possible it's work done in next few days over experience good but no towel for water bottle provided by the hotel

Very very bed experience dharamshala is 10times better for this hotel they doesn't provided hand wash towel room service etc .

It was not that good what I was expected,its located in the corner of the city.The maintenance of the hotel was not good at all and really very disappointed.Not worthy.

Overall the stay was fine. The location of the property was very good. The staff of the property was cooperative. Also, the services that they provided were good. Only the problem was with the bed that it was very hard to sleep.

the hotel is on the lake but it seems it is an old house turned into a hotel, cleanliness is ok but the room basic amenities like in room phone for reception and attendant ,drinking water are not there.the resturant is great with good food. the staff is courteous. you have to cross the bridge by walking to reach the centre.the minus point was they do not have sound proof rooms and if you are traveling when there is marraige around you cannot sleep at all.
