my room key is not available, also they are not bothered about key. They told me to keep door open, i went outside without lock. room ac is also not effective.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
I arrived early in the morning with my family, including two kids, and requested an early check-in. Despite my repeated requests, the staff refused, claiming there were no vacant rooms. I have never faced such an issue before, as most hotels accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. the key issues include:
bad odor (smelly room)
unhygienic conditions (unclean bathroom, stained and torn bedding)
structural damage (a hole in the room)
poor maintenance (trash in the gallery, water-filled bathroom, unclean toilet)

1)Room service was bad
2)bath room was kept dirty during my stay.
3)Toilet flushing was unserviceable. 4)Water was continuously leaking from flushing system.
5)Many a times water supply was no there in tapa.
6)we had to reach downstairs to inform the staff to make water supply available as no landline is available
7) No TV in room
8) Room is not ventilated
9)Given Blankets were not cleaned
10)supply of hot water was not adequate,,, it is only normal water not even warm
