Hotel was not good, his manager behaved risky not provide breakfast and paid welcome tea also.
Don't stay at this hotel, false Star rating.
Room was full of mosquito.

smelly rooms and water is also not cleaned. no more facility for calling in hotel reception as landline was not working. even rooms n bed linen are also not cleaned. but hotel owner is nice person. but need to be rennovation.

We had a very fantastic stay at Hotel Radiance at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Family Friendly Comfortable stay, staff was very Cooperative, rooms were spacious and clean. Really happy with the stay and hotel management (Mr. Sanjeev Chawla , Mr. Vigyat) .
Very comfortable stay and near to shoping market.

As for the business spree this hotel is great..busy roads,nearby shopping,nearby metro station,authentic food and lots of spa center to relax.but if u are coming here via personal car then this place is not for u..hotel didnt have any parking space,i stayed here for 3 days and was not able to take out my car for all the consecutive days moreover the amount of dirt my car was covered with was horrible also due to near by shop owber motorcycle parking my car also got lots of scratches.i do contact ...more

even after my advance booking for 2 nights, when i reached hotel, they said they did not have empty room, so they transferred me to an another hotel asko international which was pathetic, on the second day i stressed for a room in hotel radiance itself, so finally they gave a make shift office cum store room cum bedroom. now this room had a bed full of bedbugs. this was really worst experience of my life.

I have booked Delux room in this hotel still We have been given thermocole in place of mattress to sleep, TV is damaged, ac is so old that we can't even control the temperature, even the walls are damaged. Charging socket is also not working. Completely waste of money Everything about this hotel
