I expected a lake view Bedroom Suite like the images and description. Instead I was give a room with a very bad view.

It wasn't great. I had booked a suite and they gave me the smallest room possible. I had to go fight for the room and then a lot of things were missing from the room

It's was one of the best hotel I stayed in. The room was perfect and the staff were just amazing. When u r walking to the dining area be ready to get some amazing treatment from all the staff there. They will feed you like you are at your home. Fahad did an amazing job at this for me. Thank you to all the people there who made the stay comfortable. Highly recommend
everyone was very courteous and very helping as you are traveling alone.

i booked the room and the payment go through and i was under the impression that the room was booked. but later when i went to the hotel, i got a message that the booking was cancelled due to technical error and my amount got refunded. this caused a huge amount of frustration and dissatisfaction and they had only suit rooms available and it was past midnight and we had to take the suit room with no choice. please consider this complaint as it unnecessarily made me pay more than what i wanted

Very worst experience in this hotel full of water problem cant even use restroom been complaining them from morning no response yet
