Should you desire five-star service and personalized guest attention, your experience at the Radisson Blu Amritsar may be unsatisfactory due to subpar service. Our family trip was negatively impacted by the Radisson Amritsar's deficient service, falling short of five-star standards.
Furthermore, restaurant service was inadequate, with staff exhibiting a marked lack of attentiveness and responsiveness to guest requests. Food quality and quantity were also substandard.

They make you pay after every meal in the room. Normally this has to be added in the bill which has to be paid afterwards while checking out.

Good property located close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. Just keep in mind it’s quite far from the Golden Temple. Apart from that, the place was clean, hygienic, and the food was great. Overall, a good experience!

The Hotel is satisfactory, convenient located near amritsar International airport, Rooms are spacious and adequate.
Front staff were professional and courteous.
However resturant service significantly lacked professionalism and proactiveness, Resulting delayed services and ignored requests.
The overall experience is average.

The food was good but really disappointed with the services. You can't call the place a 5 star.. our stay started there with not getting our business class room for which we have to literally argue for 2 hours and after that we got what they call as a junior suite which was not up to the mark of a 5 star. Switches weren't working, furniture stained, room services very slow.. no assistance at all... and Also through out our stay we were not provided any assistance not even while checking out ... ...more
