Truly only five start hotel to stay in Nagpur, similarly the services of the Hotel and Cordial nature/behaviour of the staff made the stay more comfortable, the breakfast spread was sumptuous and yummy also the swift check in and check out made it easy for getting the room without waiting, The Hotel was happy to offer us and upgrade our room to Business class which included a bath tub with jacuzzi in the Bathroom, said amenity doubled our joy of stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very courteous, rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing, fresh and full of variety. However, we were absolutely disappointed with the fact that even after booking a King Size room, we were alloted Twin Bed room. I traveled along with my wife and was not on a Business trip. In one word the stay was disappointing...when we arrived, there was a delay in receiving us.Room service was worse, We had to call several times before someone acknowledged our requests. Room amenities were in pretty bad shape, kettle was not working, Even though we booked the room as a couple, only one set of robe and slippers were provided. Requested only for the airport drop facility but the Hotel refused to provide a complementary airport drop facility. They asked for an unreasonable amount even though the airport was very close to the hotel. The manager did not cooperate even after informing about the early morning flight timing.
