Our experience was far below average. First, they failed to provide the room we booked due to overbooking and claimed they would "upgrade" us to a suite. At first, this seemed like a good compromise. However, when we entered the room, it was on the basement level—completely windowless, with no view, and the space felt suffocating. Yes, the room was large, but that doesn’t justify paying for what essentially felt like a downgrade. The lack of natural light and the claustrophobic atmosphere made the stay extremely unpleasant. Not at all recommended.

Room Service facility will be available only after calling and reminding them 10 times. Unclean bathrooms, very old building. Definitely not worth the money. Aurika, Ananta are much much superior than this.
