I have been in others Radisson too, but this one doesn't fill the criteria of 5 star as it claims.we have waited for more than 2 hrs for one room, after so many reminders we got our second room.i through it may be because we checked in but early but next day room cleaning and all done by 2 pm again after reminders,so this is their practice.if you see gym you will laugh out .there was frequent power cuts one light.third bed they were providing without any folding bed(generally I have seen in most ...more

it was a okay experience but not worth the price that we paid . could be more kid friendly. food was good but you can add more amusements for kids as there is no kid play area . the check-in time is 3pm and they call a day before you checkout and irritate us to checkout by 11 am.

they are cheaters , as they are not even 2 star and claims to be 5 star, unmaintained and smelly unmaintained and smelly hotel and Room too.

it was a decent experience, except the fact that someone from housekeeping went into my room to set up a bed in my absence. my stuff was inside, and it would have been better if they had asked for my permission or at least informed me.
