One of the worst experiences of staying in a five star hotel, they had unsealed water bottles, toothpaste that was empty inside a packed packet. The paint was chipping everywhere. The bedsheets stain and not nice, and overall the entire hotel is nowhere close to a five star experience.

excellent hotel. reception staffs are good, they give me neat and clean best room, well supporting team. Worst experience and many faced issues. AC was not working the whole day. No one was answering call at the reception throughout the day. Called HK and I room dining to connect to Front seat they also said they are not getting any response from front desk. No one was aware how to take payment for additional guest we invited for breakfast. Slow and not at all customer centric. Worst!!

Rooms were quite old but clean. Frequent issues with air conditioner. Staff behaviour was good and polite.
